While in Carnarvon we did all the touristy things. Went on the train to the end of the Mile long Jetty

On our way out of town we called into a plantation to buy some fruit and choc coated banana and water melon. Mmmmm very nice. Didn’t get a chance to take a photo.

Then to Onslow for an overnight stop. Had a nice walk along the beach, dinner, shower and bed.
In the morning I took these photos of the Memorial over looking the sea. Just beautiful.

004  My DH really loved the bronzed Aussie  Slouch Hats.

After a drive around town it was on to the next  stop Tom Price.

Arrived late afternoon. So set up camp and enjoyed a queit evening.
Today we went to Karajini National Park.
The drive and the views are amazing.

  2. I'm so jealous! Your photos are awesome. THanks for taking us along. The sunrise through the memorial is absolutely beautiful. I think Ellyn has a good idea.

  4. I'm enjoying seeing the pictures of your holiday travels. Some of scenery reminds me of what we call the Badlands in Southern Alberta, Canada.

  5. Great photos Maria. I love the Memorial one. Those slouch hats look great don't they! I love the wild flowers. I've never been to WA in wildflower season but one day! The furthest north I've ever been is Monkey Mia. Glad you're having a great time. Hugs, Christine
